Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of receiving your item. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be slightly used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bbuildings.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to drop off your item or complete your return in-store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
