What We Build

We build portable buildings in a range of styles and sizes. Our A-Frame is a versatile choice for general storage, while the Chalet adds a steeper roof pitch and wider overhangs that suit the look and weather patterns of mountain-adjacent properties. For vehicle and equipment protection, our Garage comes with an extra heavy-duty floor and an overhead door. Sizes go from 8×8 up to 16×48.

Every building is constructed in our Hines Creek production facility using premium spruce, pine, and fir lumber, pressure-treated skids and flooring, and durable painted siding. Roofing is available in architectural shingles or painted metal. Sealed entry doors are made with fiberglass and composite materials, and windows use aluminum or vinyl frames. Every structure goes through a quality check before delivery and comes backed by a five-year limited warranty.

Getting a Building Onto Your Property

This is where Chetwynd buyers tend to have the most questions, and for good reason. A building that’s easy to place on a flat, open lot takes more planning when there are trees, a grade change, or a tight path from the road to the building site.

We deliver completed buildings using custom hydraulic trailers that allow precise placement. For properties with limited clearance or uneven ground, we have specialized equipment that can carry a building to spots a standard trailer can’t reach. When a finished structure simply can’t get through because of trees, slopes, or tight turns, we can arrange crane placement to lift the building over obstacles and set it exactly where it needs to go.

And when none of those options will work, we build on-site. Our team comes to your property and constructs the building in place, so the terrain and access limitations don’t have to stop your project. We just need at least three feet of working space around the structure.
