And our A-Frame and Chalet styles work well as dedicated workshops, studios, or general-purpose outbuildings.

We build sizes up to 16×48, so if you need something bigger than a standard backyard shed, we can handle it. Every building is constructed in our Hines Creek shop using premium spruce, pine, and fir lumber, pressure-treated skids and flooring, and durable painted siding. Roofing is available in architectural shingles or painted metal, and every structure is backed by a five-year limited warranty.

How to Get Started, Step by Step

Set It Up for the Job

A building that’s going to serve as a workshop, an equipment shed, or a tack room needs more than four walls and a door. That’s where our customization options come in. You can add workbenches and shelving to organize tools and supplies, extra wall height for overhead clearance, lofts for layered storage, ramps for rolling equipment in and out, insulation and interior finishing for year-round comfort, and a full electrical package with receptacles, lighting, a switch, and a breaker panel.

If you need a building finished inside for use as a workshop or a warm working space, we offer insulation in fiberglass or closed-cell spray foam, and interior finishing in plywood, tongue-and-groove pine, or drywall. We also install flooring. The goal is to hand over a building that’s ready to use the day it arrives.

Delivery to Spirit River Properties

We deliver completed buildings from our Hines Creek shop using custom hydraulic trailers built for careful, precise placement. On rural properties with longer lanes or uneven ground, we have specialized equipment that can carry your building right to the site. If access is limited or the building needs to clear obstacles, we can arrange crane placement or build on-site when needed.

All we need is an access path at least one foot wider than the building from the road to the placement site. Before delivery, we’ll talk through your property layout and make sure we have a plan that works.

Foundation for Long-Term Use

On a working property, a solid foundation makes a big difference in how long your building stays level and dry. For smaller structures, blocks can work. For larger buildings, especially ones that will see regular foot traffic or heavy loads, we recommend a compacted gravel pad.
