Most buildings are completed in four to six weeks depending on size and design.

Delivery to Fairview

We deliver completed buildings from our Hines Creek shop using custom hydraulic trailers designed for careful, precise placement. If your site has tight access or challenging terrain, we also have specialized equipment that can carry a building right to your spot. When access doesn’t allow a finished delivery, we can arrange crane placement or build on-site.

All we need is an access path at least one foot wider than the building from the road to the placement site. If you’re unsure about your setup, call us and we can talk through site requirements before you order.

Built to Last

Every Burkholder building starts with pressure-treated skids, quality plywood flooring, and durable painted siding. Roofing is available in architectural shingles with a limited lifetime warranty or painted metal for long-term durability. Our sealed entry doors are made from fiberglass and composite materials to resist rot, and our windows are built with aluminum or vinyl frames that hold up in Peace region weather. Every building goes through an internal quality check before it leaves the shop, and we include touch-up paint with every delivery.

Every structure is backed by a five-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials.
