The company actually started in Montney, BC in 2017, and the Peace region on both sides of the border has been part of our service area ever since. What We Build

We build portable buildings in a range of styles and sizes to suit different properties and needs. Whether you’re on a town lot in Dawson Creek or on acreage outside of town, we have options that work. Our A-Frame and Salt Box styles are popular for general storage, while our Garage comes with an extra heavy-duty floor and an overhead door for vehicle and equipment protection. Sizes go from 8×8 all the way up to 16×48.

Every building is constructed in our production facility using premium spruce, pine, and fir lumber, pressure-treated skids and flooring, painted siding panels, and your choice of architectural shingles or painted metal roofing. Sealed entry doors are built with fiberglass and composite materials, and our windows use aluminum or vinyl frames. Every structure goes through a quality check before it leaves the shop, and every one comes backed by a five-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials.

Start by checking our in-stock inventory for buildings ready for delivery, or use the 3D configurator to design a custom build. Most buildings are completed in four to six weeks depending on size and design.

We offer financing through Financeit with flexible payment plans that work for BC buyers the same way they do for our Alberta customers. Every building in our inventory shows a monthly payment example, so you can see what fits your budget before you call.

Delivery to Dawson Creek

We deliver completed buildings using custom hydraulic trailers designed for careful placement. For town lots with fences, gates, or tight access between structures, we plan the route and approach in advance. For rural properties with longer driveways or limited clearance, we have specialized equipment to carry buildings right to the site. When standard delivery isn’t possible, crane placement and on-site builds are also available.

Before scheduling, we’ll talk through your property layout and access so there’s a clear plan in place. All we need is a path at least one foot wider than the building from the road to the placement site.
